Project Feature: Grace River Church

This 10,000 square foot call center to church conversion project included a worship space, concourse, educational rooms, and other support spaces. Thanks to the investment in the mission of the project from J. Hooker Construction, we were able to finish on time and below the $500,000 budget.

Phase 1 covered two-thirds of the building, which they occupy now, and the remaining third was leased out. The second phase of the project is on our desks now and well underway. This scope includes further renovations of the entire building to expand their growing ministry.  Phase 2 consists of creating a children’s ministry area, an open lobby, and expanding the worship area giving them full use of their building.
