Cedarhurst of Wentzville
Cedarhurst of Wentzville will be located on the south side of Wentzville Parkway just east of Crystal Creek Parkway.
This new prototype will incorporate independent living into Dover’s existing assisted living and memory care model, and will feature a combination of two and three-story construction. The second-floor amenity spaces will overlook a large courtyard and walking paths around the site will help residents maintain a healthy lifestyle.
The community will be completed in Spring 2025.
