Burr Ridge Senior Living
The South Chicago suburb of Burr Ridge is a tight-knit community that enjoys close proximity to Chicago’s many cultural and entertainment options.
Overcoming significant topography and fitting this many units on the site were among the challenges we solved with this design. We helped with Entitlement and remember fondly how members of the community came to the zoning hearing to support the project. The only disappointment was that it would take so long to build! Thankfully, construction is now complete and residents are enjoying their new home!
