The design and finishes of this stunning facility reflect the unique style of regional Santa Fe architecture.

The community is comprised of a three-story independent living facility and accompanying duplex cottages. Adopting the Southwest aesthetic, including the use of stucco cladding, pergola shade structures, and textured plaster interior wall and ceiling finishes, helped us guide our clients through a successful entitlement and zoning review process.

This has led to early onset gray hair. Integrity, enthusiasm, and wisdom mark his work and he has a way of quickly getting to the heart of a problem and devising practical solutions. He married his high-school sweetheart and has four gregarious kids. Brian is an avid USTA 4.0 level tennis player who regularly blasts Pete off the court with sheer power.
