Gulfport Master Plan Charrette | Private Client
We traveled to Chicago to take part in this Charrette with a team including Civil Engineers, Builders, and Land Planners with a mission to conceptualize redevelopment in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. The 9.3 acre site features pristine beach frontage, walkable neighborhoods, and stunning views of the ocean. Our concept maximizes ocean views while defining an elevated terrace over a parking garage designed to minimize the impact of automobiles.
The conceptual use scenario called for a mixed-use development featuring condominiums, a hotel conference center, and offices.
